How do we know the amount of payments ?.
After the form filling process completed and returned to the Biznet side, Biznet will send "proforma invoice" to the registered email address. Proforma invoice will contain related information of nominal to be paid, Biznet account number, and hosting product to be used.
What to do if a proforma invoice has been received ?.
After the proforma invoice is received, the customer makes a payment to the account number on the proforma invoice and confirms the proof of payment by email to: firstname.lastname@example.org.
What if the payment has been made and the proof of payment has been received ?.
If the proof of payment is received, the payment will be checked first. After the payment process have been completed, then the process of activating the hosting account and domain will be done, where the process takes 1x24 Hours after the process of checking payment and administration is complete.
